The Somerset Nursery Association is a group formed to promote the interests of all Nurseries & Pre-Schools in Somerset.

We meet regularly at the Holiday Inn Express, Taunton to discuss issues & share ideas. Speakers are invited from SEYDCP to discuss relevant issues.

Training

Training is organised for members, non-members and their staff to assist in maintaining high quality childcare for the benefit of the children, parents and local communities.

The association has representatives on groups allied to the Somerset Early Years Department and the School's Forum. This representation gives us a voice on the issues relating to the implementation of legislation and local issues. And information on the issues as they become relevant.
